General Conditions for Kayak and Paddleboard Rentals

1. These conditions apply to those kayaks/SUPs that have been reserved before the day of enjoyment.
2. The tenant must provide OSIUM ADVENTURES with complete information: a valid ID (ID, passport, driver’s license) and a credit/debit card.
3. The equipment will be delivered in good condition to allow for regular use.
4. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Otherwise, the lessee will be responsible for the corresponding repairs or pay the retail price of the damaged or lost equipment:
   
   1. Paddles: €60/unit
   2. Kayak: €800/unit
   3. Life Jackets: €40/unit
   4. Cart: €35/unit
   5. Watch: €30/unit
5. It is not permitted to sail within 1 meter of the rocks or to take the kayak/SUP onto the rocks. Doing so will result in a minimum fine of €60 and a maximum fine equal to the price of the kayak/SUP if there is damage.
6. You must be strictly punctual when returning kayaks/SUPs:
   
   1. Between 10 and 30 minutes later, the price will increase by €30 per kayak/SUP.
   2. Between 30 and 60 minutes later, OSIUM ADVENTURES personnel will be mobilized to rescue the kayak, which will cost €150 per kayak/SUP.
   3. If the kayak has not been located after one hour, maritime rescue will be called in, the costs of which will be borne by the renter in addition to the €150 per kayak/SUP.
7. OSIUM ADVENTURES will not be held responsible, at any time, for any accident resulting from the negligent or irresponsible conduct of the lessee, or from the misuse of the rented equipment.
8. To guarantee kayak/SUP reservations, they will be located off the shoreline. Kayaks must be loaded and unloaded from the premises.
9. The rental hours will be counted from the time specified at the time of booking, regardless of whether the guests are present.

OSIUM ADVENTURES

1. When loading and unloading kayaks/SUPs, they must be transported without dragging them.

We have wheels in case it is too heavy for you.

1. Prices:

1. Price includes: life jackets, paddles and kayak/SUP.
2. In the event of bad weather, we will attempt to notify the customer in advance, and they will have the right to cancel their reservation with a refund or reschedule it for another day.
3. Cancellations by the client:
   
   1. More than 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the reservation fee.
   2. Between 2 and 7 days in advance: 50% refund of the reservation fee.
   3. Less than 2 days in advance: 0% refund of the reservation fee.
4. OSIUM ADVENTURES reserves the right to refuse to open the kayak station due to bad weather or lack of staff, always informing customers who have made prior reservations.
