I. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of these general conditions is to define the terms and conditions for the sale of tourist activities through the intermediation platform operated by Osium Ewater. The company acts as an intermediary between the client and the final providers of the tourist service.

II. ROLE OF OSIO WATER
Osium Ewater does not carry out the activities. It merely offers, promotes, and sells activities provided by third parties (hereinafter «suppliers») through its website or any other booking channel.

III. DISCLAIMER
Osium Ewater shall not be liable under any circumstances for the execution, content, quality, delays, or any bodily, material, or moral damage resulting directly or indirectly from the purchased activity. Any claim must be addressed directly to the service provider of the activity in question. Osium Ewater acts as a mere commercial intermediary and cannot be considered an organizer or service provider within the meaning of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

IV. BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All reservations are considered final once payment has been made. The client will receive a booking voucher to present to the service provider. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, bank transfer, or online payment through the secure platforms indicated on the website.

V. PRICE
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. They may be modified at any time by Osium Ewater, without affecting already confirmed reservations. VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or period.

VII. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Each service provider applies its own cancellation and refund conditions. Osium Ewater undertakes to inform the client of the applicable conditions before making the reservation. In the event of cancellation by the client or the provider, refunds (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with the communicated policies.

Exceptional weather conditions: If an activity cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions (strong winds, rough seas, storms), the client will be offered a rescheduling of the activity or, if this is not possible, a full or partial refund, depending on the service provider’s policy. This information will always be provided prior to booking.

Force majeure and personal emergencies: In the event of an unforeseen and documented situation (medical emergency, serious family incident, impediment beyond the client’s control), Osium Ewater undertakes to work with the service provider to consider a humane and flexible solution: rescheduling, partial refund, or credit, depending on the options offered.

Peace of mind guarantee: For any cancellation notified up to 48 hours before the activity for a justified reason, Osium Ewater will do everything possible to offer a free alternative, subject to acceptance by the service provider. This clause does not imply a systematic right to a refund but rather a commitment to listen and seek a personalized solution.

VIII. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected during the reservation is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU 679/2016) and the Spanish LOPDGDD (Spanish Data Protection Act). They are used only to manage the reservation and, where applicable, to send commercial information if the customer has given their consent.

IX. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, unless otherwise provided by applicable consumer law.

X. ACCEPTANCE
The validation of a reservation implies full acceptance of these general conditions, which are available at any time upon request or through the Osium Ewater website.
